Colours and appearance may vary slightly with photography and screen settings. Product photographs are not a size guide; please check the listed measurements before ordering.
Prices, payment & availability
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. Dispatch takes place after payment confirmation.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If a paid item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.
Online payment is not currently collected on this website. Teddy Jones will contact you to confirm payment arrangements after you place an order.
Choosing your size
Please check your selected size and the measurements on the product page. Eligible size exchanges are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a standard order before dispatch. Custom, printed-to-order or made-to-order pieces may be cancelled before production begins. Please contact us promptly with your order number.
Where a cancellation is accepted and payment has been received, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.
Care & normal wear
Fabric and print appearance may change with wear and washing. Follow the streetwear-care instructions to help preserve your piece. Damage caused by chemicals, rough handling or misuse is excluded from our voluntary return policy; this does not exclude claims for an underlying product defect.
Your consumer rights
These terms and our store policies do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law. Please contact us if an item is faulty, incorrect or does not match its description.
