Where we deliver
We ship within India to serviceable PIN codes. Please provide your full delivery address, correct PIN code and an active mobile number when ordering.
Ready-stock dispatch
Ready-stock orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Dispatch is when your order is handed to the courier. It is separate from the delivery time shown below.
Made-to-order pieces
Custom and made-to-order pieces have a separate production estimate, shown on the product page or confirmed before you order. Transit time begins after production is complete and the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery estimates
Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier service, weather or other delays. Contact us if your parcel is delayed so we can help follow up.

Tracking & delivery support
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Please contact us with your order number if tracking is unclear or your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but has not arrived. We will help investigate with the courier.
Address changes & damaged parcels
Contact us promptly if your address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If a parcel appears tampered with or visibly damaged, decline delivery where possible and contact us. If you have already accepted it, keep the packaging, take photographs and report the issue promptly. An unboxing video is helpful but is not compulsory.
